اخيرا صار عندنا مطعم يقدم اكلات بحرينية في جو مودرن ومريح !
صاحبة مشروع مطعم فيلا ماماز هي رؤيا صالح و كان حلمها
أنها تبتدي مثل هالمشروع من زمان وتعتمد فيه على مكونات
من السوق المحلي وتقدم فيه اطباقنا البحرينية المميزة
بطريقتها الخاصة .
انا ما صار عندي وقت أمر المطعم بس من اللي سمعته أن كلمن يمدح في أكله
و طرشوا لي المنيو وفيه كل اللي تتوقعونه
من البيض والطماط والمهياوة لي المجبوس والبرياني البحريني
وبعد عندهم قائمة طويلة من السلطات والباستا و السندويشات

The owner of Villa Mamas is a Roaya, a Bahraini who is passionate
about food. Roaya has been dreaming of cooking mouth watering
Bahraini food using locally sourced organic ingredients in an inviting environment

opening of her restaurant Villa Mamas!
So let me just share a few dishes from the menu with you
Scrambled Eggs stewed in Juicy Tomato Sauce
Mahyawa with freshly baked Khubus
Machbous Chicken , Mutton, Hamour or shrimp
Plus a wide selection of salads, pastas and paninies
P.S- I really feel I haven't done justice to the menu by the mini list above
It's a 12 page menu that I got hungry just by looking at, so don't
just take my word for it pay them a visit when you can (details at the end of this post)

ReplyDeletethe food portion is very small and not filling, little over priced for a small portion.. but it tastes good
ReplyDeletei went with my family on friday, they served the food after one houre and in three shifts my dish came first and after 15 mintus my daughter dish came and finaly my wife one after another 20 mintus, this vist was my 2nd and my last. very slow service and untrained staff, small portions and over priced
